I already have barriers installed. Do I need to replace them?

In most cases, no. Our controllers (based on Raspberry Pi) use standard GPIO and relay interfaces compatible with most major barrier brands (Came, Nice, FAAC, etc.). We simply retrofit your existing "dumb" barriers to make them "smart," saving you significant hardware costs.

What happens if the internet connection is lost?

The system is designed with "Local Edge Processing." The controller keeps a local database of subscribers and rules. This means barriers and access control continue to function instantly even if the internet goes down. Data synchronizes with the cloud automatically once connectivity is restored.

How does iPark prevent revenue leakage?

Manual cash handling is the #1 cause of lost revenue. iPark automates the logging of every entry and exit event digitally. Even for cash payments, the system cross-references barrier openings with payment records, highlighting any discrepancies instantly on your dashboard.

How do drivers pay if they don't have the app?

We support a Hybrid model. While the App/RFID offers the fastest experience, "Guest Users" can simply take a QR-coded ticket at the entry. Before leaving, they can pay via a manual cashier station or a self-service kiosk, ensuring you never turn away a customer.

Can I manage multiple parking lots from one account?

Absolutely. iPark is built for scale. The "Super-Admin" dashboard allows you to view all your properties on a single map, switch between locations instantly, and compare revenue performance across different sites without needing multiple logins.

Will installation disrupt my parking operations?

Disruption is minimal. Since we often retrofit existing barriers and utilize standard power lines, the installation of the iPark system usually takes less than 1 day per entry/exit lane. We can schedule deployment during off-peak hours (e.g., at night) to ensure your business keeps running.

Do you offer technical support in Algeria?
